Submissions

Writers should submit their papers to the editor along with an abstract of no more than 250 words. Papers should be scholarly but also intelligible to the interested lay reader. They may be submitted electronically, preferably in MS Word, and must conform to Cato Journal style. A style sheet is available upon request. All papers are refereed.

Because of the volume of submissions, we can acknowledge only those articles and ideas that we decide to consider for publication. We will not return a manuscript sent by mail unless the sender provides a self-addressed, stamped envelope with adequate postage.
