We are pleased to welcome you to the Cato Legacy Society. The members of the Society are Partners who have indicated that Cato is included in their estate plans. For example, your will may leave a bequest to Cato or you may have made Cato a beneficiary of your retirement plan.

As a gesture of appreciation for their vital, long-term support, Legacy Society members will receive complimentary books and other publications at least once a year. Legacy Society members will also be invited to attend Cato’s biennial Benefactor Summit. While normally this invitation-only event is restricted to those who make annual contributions of $10,000 or more, Legacy Society members are also welcome to attend this wonderful, three-day weekend retreat.
Legacy Society members who have pledged more than $1,000,000 to the Cato Institute will also receive an invitation to the biennial Cato Club Retreat, the Institute’s most exclusive weekend gathering for Partners who contribute $25,000 or more annually.
