Santiago Forster

Research Associate

Santiago Forster is a Research Associate in Tax Policy Studies at the Cato Institute, where he analyzes the economic and budgetary effects of taxation in the United States. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, he is a dual citizen of Argentina and the United States and holds a B.S. in International Business and International Affairs from Northeastern University. He has spoken as a guest at Reason TV’s Soho Forum and has worked with Dr. Arthur Laffer, key architect of supply-side economics and creator of the Laffer Curve, to deliver fiscal policy counsel to the Argentine government.
