Through readings, lectures, and discussions, participants will have an opportunity to explore a variety of topics guided by the principles of individual liberty, limited government, free markets, and peace. These fellowships are open to congressional staff of any party or ideology, with every effort made to ensure discussions are collegial, nonpartisan, and off the record.
Along with a two-month discussion group, fellows have the opportunity to join a growing cohort of fellowship alumni who enjoy networking opportunities, exclusive invites, and other opportunities provided by the Cato Institute.
