Patrick Moran is a legal associate in the Cato Institute’s Center for Constitutional Studies. Patrick earned his J.D. from the University of Florida. During law school, he interned at Cato, served on the executive board of the Federalist Society, and was a member of the Christian Legal Society. Patrick holds a B.A. in political science from the University at Albany, SUNY, where he served as president of the College Republicans.
