Nathan Harvey is a legal associate in the Cato Institute’s Center for Constitutional Studies. Nathan graduated with a J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he served as the president of the Federalist Society, a coach and competitor for the Florida Moot Court Team, student works editor for the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, and a symposium editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Nathan also holds a M.A. and B.A. in political science from the University of Florida.
