Molly Nixon

Molly Nixon is a senior fellow in executive power at the Cato Institute, where she develops scholarship on separation of powers, presidential authority, and executive branch accountability. She was previously an attorney with Pacific Legal Foundation, where she litigated constitutional cases on presidential authority, nondelegation constraints, and the limits of executive branch adjudication. Prior to that, she served as an attorney-adviser at the Department of the Interior and as legislative counsel to Rep. Justin Amash, and clerked for the Honorable Sharon L. Gleason of the US District Court for the District of Alaska. Nixon holds a BA from Boston University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
