Bondank-Harmon received her B.A. in history from the University of Kansas and her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law.
Laura Bondank-Harmon
Laura Bondank-Harmon is the manager of legal programs for the Cato Institute’s Project on Criminal Justice and Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies and managing editor of the Cato Supreme Court Review. Her areas of interest include the warrant requirement, search and seizure doctrine, police accountability, and coercive plea bargaining. Before joining Cato, Bondank-Harmon was a trial attorney in Michigan, where she represented clients in both civil and criminal cases.
