Laura Bondank-Harmon is the manager of legal programs for the Cato Institute’s Project on Criminal Justice and Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies and managing editor of the Cato Supreme Court Review. Her areas of interest include the warrant requirement, search and seizure doctrine, police accountability, and coercive plea bargaining. Before joining Cato, she was a trial attorney in Michigan, where she represented clients in both civil and criminal cases.
Bondank-Harmon received her BA from the University of Kansas and her JD from Michigan State University College of Law.
