Wrench was counsel of record on IJ’s amicus brief supporting the petitioner in Chatrie v. United States. Previously, Wrench spent five years litigating constitutional cases at IJ, including a challenge under the Iowa Constitution to suspicionless rental home inspections. His writing has appeared in SCOTUSblog and The Dispatch, and he hosts IJ’s Unpublished Opinions podcast. Wrench received his JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
