Most recently, he was General Counsel and Head of Policy & Regulatory Affairs at Gemini, a global digital asset exchange and custodian. In his role, Ji led the legal, policy, and regulatory affairs teams and also set and implemented Gemini’s global strategy for engaging with regulators, policymakers, and the government. Prior to that, he was a senior attorney at Kraken, another global digital asset exchange.
Previously, he was a senior associate attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and served as Federal Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Drain of the Southern District of New York, U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Boston College.
