Jacob Winter

Former Research Associate

Jacob Winter was a research associate in economics at the Cato Institute, where he managed the Research Briefs in Economic Policy series. His work focused on the unintended consequences of government policy, particularly drug prohibition. A native of Mid-Michigan, Jacob received his BA in economics from Harvard University, graduating magna cum laude and with highest honors. He lives in Boston, where he is a high school government and economics teacher.
