Emma Hopp was a Research Associate for technology policy at the Cato Institute, where she worked on issues related to artificial intelligence, antitrust, and data privacy, among others. Prior to Cato, she was an intern for the Consumer Technology Association, a trade organization in the tech industry. Emma is a DC area native and received a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
