Eli Nachmany
Eli Nachmany is an associate in the Washington, DC, office of Covington & Burling LLP, where he advises clients on antitrust issues, administrative law, and complex civil litigation, with particular expertise in appellate matters. He works across industries, focusing primarily on sports and gaming. Prior to joining Covington, he clerked for Judge Steven J. Menashi of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and taught an undergraduate sports-management course at New York University. Nachmany has published articles in numerous law reviews and served as editor in chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy and co-editor in chief of the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law. He earned a BS in sports management from New York University and his JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
