Christopher M. Kieser is a senior attorney at Pacific Legal Foundation. He has challenged regulations requiring employers to allow union organizers onto their private property, state claims to privately owned lakefront property in Indiana, and admissions policies of K–12 schools that discriminated against Asian American families. Kieser has published law review articles in the William & Mary Environmental Law Review and the Federalist Society Review, along with articles in the National Review, SCOTUSblog, and other outlets. Before joining PLF, he clerked for both the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the US District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Kieser earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame, where he was articles editor for the Notre Dame Law Review.
