Benjamin Giltner is a policy analyst for defense and foreign policy at the Cato Institute, where he works on issues related to US military strategy and foreign policy, great-power competition, nuclear weapons, and deterrence. He earned a Master’s of International Affairs from the George H.W. Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. He also received a BA in International and Global Studies, and a BA in History from the University of Central Florida.
