I wanted to let you know that the Cato Institute’s Director of Immigration Studies David Bier will be testifying before the House Homeland Security Committee tomorrow afternoon at 2pmET at the hearing titled “Case-by-Case: Returning Parole to its Proper Purpose.”

Bier will testify that Congress should protect current parolees from the president’s mass deportation efforts, reinstitute the parole process suspended by the president, and expand those processes to give more people a viable legal option to immigrate legally to the United States.
