The Cato board also elected to honor former and long-time director William A. Dunn by designating him director emeritus.

“Eileen, Laura and Ken have been dedicated partners to Cato and its work for decades. It’s exciting to welcome them to our Board of Directors, where we will benefit even more from their engagement, counsel and stewardship,” said Peter Goettler, President and CEO of the Cato Institute. “And we are pleased to honor our dear friend Bill Dunn, whose many contributions to the Institute and the broader cause of liberty will never be forgotten.”
