Few political objectives are more lofty and common than “world peace.” Millennials—a generation accustomed to frequent world travel, increasing international commerce, and an open exchange of ideas and knowledge on the Internet—value peace and freedom worldwide. But how do we achieve that? The evidence indicates liberty fosters peace while war undermines liberty. Drawing on years of experience in academia, public policy, political activism, and journalism, the authors of Peace, Love, & Liberty provide the intellectual underpinnings of a world with liberty and without war. They also set out tangible recommendations to realize those ideals. Join us for a provocative discussion of how to advance peace and freedom in theory and practice. Authors of this new work will be available to sign books.
