    Cato will cover room charges for up to 2 nights at The Henley Park Hotel based on the arrival and departure dates you provide below. Additional nights start at $199 plus tax and may be secured based on availability. The front desk will ask for a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals. Reasonable expenses may be submitted to Cato for reimbursement.











  • Please note that the hotel only has rooms with one queen or king bed.

    The Henley Park Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Cato Institute at 926 Massachusetts Ave., N.W. Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest at approximately 4 miles and a $12 taxi fare. Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore Washington International (BWI) are also options. Transfer information is available on the hotel’s website.

    Travel Information:*
    Cato will cover the cost of advance purchase coach airfare for those who require air travel accommodations. For those driving, Cato will reimburse mileage according to the 2013 Federal Standard Mileage Rate. Please submit receipts by September 6, 2013 to receive reimbursement.
