Hotel Information:
Cato will cover room charges for up to 2 nights at The Aloft Hotel, Harlem based on the arrival and departure dates you provide below. Additional nights start at $169 plus tax and may be secured based on availability. The front desk will ask for a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals. Reasonable expenses may be submitted to Cato for reimbursement.

The Aloft Hotel, Harlem is conveniently located less than a mile away from Columbia University in the midst of the vibrant Harlem neighborhood famous for jazz music, historic establishments and diverse dining options. You can walk to Columbia University in approximately 15 minutes or enjoy a short taxi ride. Additional transfer information is available on the hotel’s website.

Travel Information:
Cato will cover the cost of advance purchase coach airfare or train fare those who require travel accommodations. For those driving, Cato will reimburse mileage according to the 2015 Federal Standard Mileage Rate. Please submit receipts prior to April 18, 2015 to receive reimbursement.
