Cohen’s work includes being a coauthor on Cato Institute’s Arms Sales Risk Index. His commentary on foreign affairs has appeared in a number of publications, including NBC News, The Hill, Defense One, Defense News, Strategic Studies Quarterly, Inkstick Media, and the National Interest.
Cohen holds a Ph.D. in political science from George Mason University.
