Bradley Smith’s nomination to the Federal Election Commission in 1999 was controversial. Partisans of campaign finance regulation believed he would refuse to enforce the campaign finance laws. Please join us as we assess and celebrate Brad Smith’s struggle to defend liberty and the Constitution.
