Diqing Jiang was a research fellow at the Cato Institute with a special focus on China. His research interests include China’s economic development, urbanization, political economy, and land reform in developing countries. His articles in Chinese have appeared in The Graduate Journal of Peking University, First Finance and Economics and Way; and he has translated texts by Austrian economist Karl Menger into Chinese. He holds a master’s degree in history from Peking University and a master’s degree in international relations from Marquette University.
