David Schoenbrod is professor at New York Law School. He is an expert on the delegation of executive powers, federal regulation, injunctions, air pollution, and institutional reform litigation, and the author of Saving our Environment from Washington: How Congress Grabs Power, Shirks Responsibility, and Shortchanges the People. His previous books include Power Without Responsibility: How Congress Abuses the People Through Delegation and (with Ross Sandler) Democracy by Decree: How the Courts Run Government, both published by Yale University Press.
