Johan Norberg is a young writer-activist at the Swedish think tank Timbro. A self-proclaimed anarchist in his teens, he is now a passionate crusader for the globalization that is lifting the Third World out of poverty. His book In Defense of Global Capitalism has received rave reviews in Sweden, the Netherlands, and England and is now available in the United States in an updated edition. To write the book and a British Channel 4 documentary based on it, Norberg traveled to Vietnam, Africa, and other battle zones in the war over globalization.
