Michael T. Collins is a legal associate in the Cato Institute’s Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies. Michael earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was alumni chair of the Federalist Society, managing director of the Law & Economics Society, and a member of the executive board of the National Security Law Society. He also served on the senior editorial board of the Duke Law & Technology Review. Michael holds a B.A. in philosophy and history from Villanova University. Michael is a Maryland native, born and raised in Gaithersburg.
