By the end of June, the Supreme Court will hand down a ruling on the case *King v. Burwell*, a lawsuit that represents a significant legal challenge to Obamacare. The Court will decide whether President Obama is breaking the law by subjecting 57 million employers and individuals to Obamacare’s taxes, and using the proceeds to hide the cost of HealthCare.gov coverage from 6.5 million enrollees.

A decision in favor of the plaintiffs will show that the Affordable Care Act has not worked as promised. Would this represent an existential threat to Obamacare? Are we one step closer to replacing the ACA with a free-market health care system? Cato scholar [Michael Cannon](https://www.cato.org/people/michael-cannon) — the “[intellectual father](http://www.modernhealthcare.com/article/20140614/MAGAZINE/306149796)” of this lawsuit and the “[man who could bring down Obamacare](http://www.vox.com/2014/11/19/7242671/obamacare-lawsuit-supreme-court),” according to *Vox.com* — will join us to update Cato Sponsors on the latest developments, chart the next move, and take your questions.
