# Reclaiming Our Rights in the 21st Century 

Limiting government means expanding the sphere of the individual. And given recent scandals with the NSA and IRS, the struggle for liberty clearly continues. At Cato University, Kentucky’s Junior Senator Rand Paul addressed the crowd, covering NSA surveillance, the misunderstood *Lochner* decision and natural rights.
