Ramesh Ponnuru has wasted no time [responding](http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/344716/rogers-version-ramesh-ponnuru) to [my post](https://www.cato.org/blog/ramesh-me) of a couple of hours ago. At this point it’s best simply to direct the reader to the warring posts: *res ipsa loquitur*.

I would add only that he’s still not taken up my invitation to make clear what he means when he encourages us to consider “proposals to reduce judicial power.”
