That’s what Kevin Drum — channeling his inner [Alan Grayson](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-usmvYOPfco) — [thinks](http://motherjones.com/kevin-drum/2011/01/free-market-healthcare) about free health care markets, and the people who support them. Clearly, under government-dominated systems ([including our own](https://www.cato.org/pub_display.php?pub_id=9679)), *no one* falls through the cracks.

In [this study](https://www.cato.org/pub_display.php?pub_id=10646), which I humbly offer Drum, I explain how the great advantage of a free market is that it would minimize the number of people falling through the cracks.
