Over at PublicSquare.net — a nifty debate site — you can catch [another installment ](http://publicsquare.net/national-education-standards)of the ongoing McCluskey-Petrilli [national curriculum tussle](https://www.cato.org/event.php?eventid=7182). As always, I think the argument against imposing national standards — and, soon,[tests](http://blogs.ajc.com/get-schooled-blog/2010/09/02/weve-got-national-standards-now-here-come-the-national-tests/)– rules the day, but listen to the exchange and decide for yourself.
