Massachusetts Treasurer Tim Cahill, who is running for governor as an independent, claims that former governor Mitt Romney’s 2006 health care law “has created a huge hole in our budget,” and [has this to say about ObamaCare](http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704093204575216743872452352.html):

> If the federal plan is the Massachusetts plan writ large, **then we should stop it**, because we’re going to be in the same place four or five years down the road.
