Bush’s latest judicial nominee, [Neil Gorsuch](http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2006/05/20060510-4.html), looks pretty good. I can say that because of [this](https://www.cato.org/pub_display.php?pub_id=1038). Don’t know much else about his scholarly writings.
