# Juan Londoño

Juan Londoño is a policy analyst at the Cato Institute. Before joining Cato, Juan was the Chief Regulatory Analyst at the Taxpayers Protection Alliance, where his work focused on artificial intelligence, antitrust, content moderation, energy policy, and permitting policy. Before that, he was a Policy Analyst at ITIF, where his research focused on immersive technologies. In his time at ITIF, Juan was selected by the OECD to participate at the Global Forum on Technology’s focus group on immersive technologies. Prior to that, Juan worked as a Technology and Innovation Policy Analyst at the American Action Forum.

Juan holds an M.A. in economics from George Mason University and a B.A. in government and international relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
