# *Macro Musings* LIVE: Selgin on the Fed’s Experimental Monetary Framework 

The Mercatus Center’s [David Beckworth](http://www.cato.org/people/david-beckworth) comes to Cato for a live recording of his popular *Macro Musings* podcast, interviewing [George Selgin](https://www.cato.org/people/george-selgin) about his new book [*Floored!: How a Misguided Fed Experiment Deepened and Prolonged the Great Recession*](https://www.amazon.com/Floored-Misguided-Experiment-Prolonged-Recession/dp/1948647087/?tag=catoinstitute-20). *Floored!* is the first comprehensive account of the Federal Reserve’s new post-crisis “floor” monetary policy operating system.
