# Tyler Cowen talks about economics and autism.

Economist Tyler Cowen believes that the economy of the future will be increasingly of the mind, ordering the mind’s contents in new and unique ways. In some ways, Cowen believes, we have much to learn from autistics. He explores those and other ideas in his new book, *Create Your Own Economy: The Path to Prosperity in a Disordered World*. He spoke at the Cato Institute August 4, 2009.
