With the Affordable Care Act (ACA) now mostly implemented, it’s time to move beyond the failures of the program’s rollout and take stock of the impact it is having on the U.S. health care system. Many troubling facts have come to light, including the millions of Americans who cannot keep their current health insurance. In short, it seems the more we learn about Obamacare, the more its critics were right.
Senior fellow Michael Tanner recently authored a new Cato Policy Analysis documenting the consequences of the ACA on employers, providers, patients, taxpayers, and individual consumers. Mike will take your questions on Obamacare’s effects and discuss his key findings.
This special online-only series is an opportunity to hear from Cato's policy staff. Our thanks for your continued support of the Cato Institute. We hope you'll join in on the discussion.
