The Affordable Care Act’s web site HealthCare.gov is an ongoing fiasco. Contrary to the president’s disingenuous promises, millions of Americans are losing their current health plans and their choice of doctors and hospitals.
Cato’s director of health policy studies, Michael Cannon, argues that the states must continue mounting legal challenges to the law. Such challenges include blocking Medicaid expansion and the IRS’s illegal Obamacare taxes. Michael has been at the front of this effort, proposing policy solutions and legal challenges which states are implementing. He will take your questions on this important topic and discuss his work to halt Obamacare in its tracks.
This special online‐only series is an opportunity to hear from Cato’s policy staff. Our thanks for your continued support of the Cato Institute. We hope you’ll join in on the discussion.
