IMHO, the best show on television is HBO’s [The Wire](http://www.hbo.com/thewire/). Now the writers and producers are taking their passion to the pages of *[Time Magazine](http://www.time.com/time/printout/0,8816,1719872,00.html)*, where they rail against the injustices of the drug war and call for jury nullification. (HT: Radley Balko’s [Agitator](http://www.theagitator.com/)).

Cato co-published the most comprehensive [book](https://www.cato.org/pubs/policy_report/v21n1/jury.html) on jury nullification in 1999.
