Cato fellow Lawrence Gasman has a new book out: [Nanotechnology Applications and Markets](http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1596930063/qid=1149886701/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/104-2353304-0443144?s=books&v=glance&n=283155). It’s about business opportunities in nanotech, not policy, though it has a very brief discussion of the pros and cons of government funding.

But if you’re interested in the business of nanotech, Gasman knows the technology field well.
