From the Rio Grande Foundation’s [Errors of Enchantment](http://www.errorsofenchantment.com/) blog, foundation president Paul Gessing [argues](http://www.errorsofenchantment.com/2012/09/19/sebelius-v-gessing-on-medicaid-expansion/) against New Mexico implementing ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion:

One should note that HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius left out the cost to New Mexico of the “old eligibles” who would enroll in Medicaid as a result of the expansion.
