In today’s *Wall Street Journal,* [Thomas Szasz argues](http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124761945269242551.html) that universal health care is impossible and the quest for it will cost us our freedom. “If we persevere in our quixotic quest for a fetishized medical equality we will sacrifice personal freedom as its price.”
