The folks at the Kaiser Family Foundation will publish studies that [explain](http://kff.org/health-reform/issue-brief/explaining-health-care-reform-risk-adjustment-reinsurance-and-risk-corridors/) how ObamaCare creates “an incentive to avoid enrolling people who are in worse health” such as “by making \[insurance\] products unattractive to people with expensive health conditions.”

Then, when [their own polling shows](http://kff.org/health-reform/poll-finding/kaiser-health-tracking-poll-october-2016/?utm_campaign=KFF-2016-October-Tracking-Poll) three of the public’s top four health care concerns are the very sort of health-insurance features ObamaCare pushes insurers to adopt, [they spin it](http://kff.org/health-costs/press-release/public-ranks-drug-costs-and-sufficient-provider-networks-ahead-of-affordable-care-act-changes-as-health-care-priorities-for-next-president-and-congress-to-address/) as evidence the public does *not* want Congress to reopen ObamaCare.
