In the latest issue of *[Health Care News](http://www.heartland.org/Publications.cfm?pblId=2)*, John Dale Dunn [reviews](http://www.heartland.org/Article.cfm?artId=21710) [Arnold Kling](https://www.cato.org/people/kling.html)’s book *[Crisis of Abundance](http://www.catostore.org/index.asp?fa=ProductDetails&method=&pid=1441301)*. Dunn is a professor of emergency medicine at CR Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas. He writes:
