The Arizona legislature has passed a [bill to refuse participation in the REAL ID Act](http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/legtext/48leg/2r/bills/hb2677h.htm). The House vote was [51 to 1](http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/local/articles/0612real-id0612.html).
