Bad news. Yesterday, the Supreme Court gave prosecutors [more power ](http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/06/04/AR2007060400557.html)to shape the composition of juries.

The ruling can be found [here](http://www.supremecourtus.gov/opinions/06pdf/06-413.pdf) (pdf). Attorney and author Clay Conrad [addressed this subject ](https://www.cato.org/pub_display.php?pub_id=4625)a while back.

Conrad’s [book](http://www.catostore.org/index.asp?fa=ProductDetails&method=cats&scid=15&pid=144966) is the most comprehensive work on jury nullification available.
