No individual today is more effectively challenging the foreign aid establishment and the harm it inflicts on Africa than Dambisa Moyo, Zambian author of *Dead Aid: Why Aid Is Not Working and How There Is Another Way For Africa.* She spoke at a recent [Cato book forum](https://www.cato.org/event.php?eventid=5917) and has been ubiquitous in the media. For a sense of her views, here’s an interview I recommend that she recently did with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
