Joining the [National Conference of State Legislatures](https://www.cato.org/2008/04/23/ncsl-calls-for-repeal-of-real-id/), the [Association of Corporate Travel Executives](http://www.meetingnews.com/mimegasite/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003798492) has endorsed [S. 717](http://www.washingtonwatch.com/bills/show/110_SN_717.html), the Identification Security Enhancement Act of 2007. This bill would reinstitute a negotiated rulemaking process regarding identity security that was established in the 9/11-Commission-inspired Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act.
