Internships

The Cato Institute has an internship program and students can request placement with the department of education and child policy. A small stipend is available.

Submissions

The Cato Institute encourages scholars, writers, and graduate students to submit proposals for studies. Payment is negotiable and rendered upon publication. Authors should submit a cover letter stating the type of project proposed (book, policy analysis, briefing paper) and a short one- to two-page outline to:
