Greenspan Keynotes Monetary Conference
On October 14th, more than 200 people attended the Cato Institute's 15th Annual Monetary Conference, where Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan warned, "We cannot turn back the clock of technology--and we should not try to do so."
